Alan J Good

Non-Executive Chairman

Alan Good is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years involvement in the mining industry.  Alan was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 20 years specialising in providing corporate advisory and audit services and was the Managing Partner of the Perth office for over 6 years.  Alan retired from PwC in 2003 and now has a number of non executive board positions.

Alan is the Chairman of the Board and the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.

 

Milan Jerkovic

Milan Jerkovic is a qualified geologist with postgraduate qualifications in Mining and Mineral Economics.  Milan has over 20 years experience in the mining industry involving resource evaluation, operations, financing, acquisition, project development and general management.  Milan has held positions with WMC, BHP and Nord Pacific.

Michael Gibson

 Executive Director Corporate & Finance

Michael Gibson holds a degree in Arts and Law from Macquarie University and a Masters of Law degree from the University of Sydney.  He was a partner for 12 years with a leading Australian law firm, specialising in advising resource companies on major mine acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and development of mining and infrastructure projects.
 

Alastair Morrison

Non Executive Director

Alastair Morrison is a highly experienced international banker who is global head of Standard Chartered Private Equity Limited.  Alastair has worked in private equity for over 25 years in the UK and Asia and has broad experience in growing companies across a range of industrial sectors.

Alastair is a member both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

 Susan Vearcombe

Non Executive Director

Susan is a highly experienced geologist in the mining/exploration industry and currently Managing Director of Silver Swan Group Limited. Susan has worked internationally on a wide range of commodity styles, has developed key spatial analysis technology and is well published in international scientific journals in the areas of geochemistry, structural geology.

Susan is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee
